Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients


Eggs -5
Onions- 2
Tomato-1
Green chilli – 1 or 2
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander and mint leaves
Cooking butter – 2 tsp
Salt

Method

Heat oil in a pan , add onions and green chillies and sauté for few minutes then add the chopped tomatoes and sauté until mushy. Add all the powders and sauté for few mints then the coriander and mint leaves . Next add the butter and in a minute and break in the eggs . Stir well and season with salt. Serve
