
Ingredients
- Chicken Sausages – 8 to 10 sliced
- Onion- 1 medium sized chopped
- Capsicum – 1 sliced
- Garlic – 10 cloves chopped finely
- Green chillies- 2 to 3 sliced
- Pepper powder- 1.5 tsp
- Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli sauce – 2 tblsp
- Soya sauce- 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Cornflour- 1.5 tsp mixed in 1/4 cup water
- Oil- 5 tsp
- Salt as required
Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic and fry on high flame for a minute or two.
- Reduce flame and add chillies and sliced capsicum and sauté for a minute.
- Add the sliced sausages, salt and sauté on high flame for a minute and then reduce the flame.
- Add pepper powder, chilli powder and sauté.
- Add the chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and mix well. Sauté on high heat for few seconds.
- Add the cornflour mixed with water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Serve
that looks delicious and full of flavour!
