Chilli Sausage

Ingredients

  • Chicken Sausages – 8 to 10 sliced
  • Onion- 1 medium sized chopped
  • Capsicum – 1 sliced
  • Garlic – 10 cloves chopped finely
  • Green chillies- 2 to 3 sliced
  • Pepper powder- 1.5 tsp
  • Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce – 2 tblsp
  • Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Cornflour- 1.5 tsp mixed in 1/4 cup water
  • Oil- 5 tsp
  • Salt as required

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic and fry on high flame for a minute or two.
  2. Reduce flame and add chillies and sliced capsicum and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add the sliced sausages, salt and sauté on high flame for a minute and then reduce the flame.
  4. Add pepper powder, chilli powder and sauté.
  5. Add the chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and mix well. Sauté on high heat for few seconds.
  6. Add the cornflour mixed with water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Serve
