
Ingredients
- Fish -1/2 kg
- Oil to shallow fry
For the marination
- Chilli powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tsp
- Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 to 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
- Corn flour – 1 tsp
- Salt as required
Method
- Clean and wash the fish pieces well.
- To the fish pieces add all the ingredients under marination along with few drops of water .
- Leave the marinated fish aside for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan . Add the fish pieces one by one and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes then flip over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Fish fry is ready.
