
Ingredients
- Potatoes- 4 medium size
- Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 to 1.5 tsp
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt as required
Method
- Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped potatoes. Sauté for 2 minutes on medium low flame.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Give the potatoes a stir every minute so they cook evenly.
- Now check if the potatoes are cooked else cook for another 3 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked add chilli powder( if you like it more spicy add another 1/2 tsp chilli powder) and salt and mix well so that they are coated evenly.
- Sauté the potatoes for a minute then turn off the gas. Serve
